The challenge
Healthcare software has to be accurate, reliable, and accountable — there is no room for a demo that breaks at 2am. We set out to build an AI product clinicians would actually trust in daily practice.
What we did
- Designed and built the full product — web app, backend, infrastructure — end to end
- Built the AI to a production bar: grounded, evaluated, and monitored
- Ran it in production ourselves, so reliability is our problem, not a hand-off
Outcome
- Live in production and used by clinicians every day
