Generic Arabic speech APIs collapse on Gulf dialects, code-switching, and clinical vocabulary. Healnapse needed transcription accurate enough for medical use in the real linguistic conditions of the Gulf.

- Custom speech models tuned to Gulf-Arabic dialect and clinical terminology
- Handled code-switching and noisy, real-world clinical audio
- Built the pipeline and product around the model, not just an API
